Description

You will design and oversee the architecture for ServiceNow ITSM and IGA modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect core ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Major Incident Management.
• Design Problem Management workflows, state transitions, and RCA tracking.
• Lead Change Management architecture, including CAB workflows and risk assessments.
• Oversee CMDB design, CI classes, and ITOM Discovery integration.
• Architect Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with 3+ years in architectural roles.
• Expertise in ITSM, IGA, and CSDM v4.0.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Deep understanding of ITIL v4, CMDB governance, and identity lifecycle frameworks.
• Experience with M365 integrations and ServiceNow ATF scripting.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• Familiarity with Cherwell migration and MOVERS data exchange.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, Security Operations), CTA, or CMA.
• IAM/IGA platform certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt), CISSP, or CISM.
