Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of service management offerings across global ServiceNow landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify cohesive frameworks for applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, and workflows.
• Execute hands-on development using Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Develop Service Portal designs and support custom application development and migration.
• Lead technical governance boards, solution reviews, coding standard definitions, and platform upgrades.
• Configure and develop Virtual Agent and ServiceNow Mobile applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification.
• Expertise in Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Advanced knowledge of CSDM and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP based integrations, including scripted API creation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and custom application development via App Engine.
• Experience with at least three of the following modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or ITBM.

Preferred Skills

• CIS certifications in ITSM, CSM, Risk and Compliance, HR, Security Incident Response, or Vulnerability Response.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
