Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow SSO automation, solution architecture, and platform design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow SSO automation implementation, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality objectives.
• Conduct requirement workshops, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and drive requirement finalization and design approvals.
• Define and govern sprint plans, track milestones, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Manage stakeholder communication, governance cadence, escalation handling, and reporting.
• Ensure successful UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow SSO automation implementation.
• Strong background in solution architecture and integration approaches.
• Experience conducting requirement workshops and driving design approvals.
• Ability to govern sprint plans and track delivery milestones.
• Experience managing stakeholder communication and escalation handling.
• Experience leading UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
