Description

You will lead the technical architecture and implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data modeling and database management solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage recent ServiceNow releases to ensure platform stability and functionality.
• Analyze network protocols and log data to support platform integration and reporting.
• Coordinate with end users to align platform capabilities with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical architecture or platform management.
• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and recent releases.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling and database management principles.
• Understanding of Network Protocols.
• Experience with HTML.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Ability to perform log analysis and correlation for monthly reporting.
• Familiarity with IPS and software blades.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of the ServiceNow competitive landscape.
