Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management, Asset Management, and Customer Service domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture standards and governance, ensuring alignment with organizational technology roadmaps.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Customize ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Script Includes, adhering to ITIL best practices.
• Lead cross-functional architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure platform stability using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Mentor development teams, manage CI/CD processes, and guide the promotion of changes across environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proficient in JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
• Strong experience designing integrations via REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) for ensuring code quality.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Performance Analytics and configuring configurable workspaces.
• Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC), SLAs, and compliance standards.
