You will design and lead the ServiceNow platform strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and define architecture best practices.
• Lead and guide developers and admins through complex implementation phases.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs.
• Manage platform performance, security, and workflow design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Strong hands-on integration skills with APIs.
• Proven leadership experience in enterprise-scale implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling complex platform decision-making and troubleshooting.
