Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and governance for Legal Service Delivery and compliance initiatives
• Design enterprise-grade integrations while ensuring security and compliance adherence
• Perform hands-on configuration, workflow design, scripting, and integration reviews within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams for solution approvals and sign-offs
• Drive enterprise architecture best practices aligned with latest ServiceNow releases and standards
• Own Workplace ESG roadmap initiatives in coordination with client sustainability officers
• Lead enterprise GRC/IRM architecture and onsite client risk governance activities
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
• Support automation and AI-driven transformation initiatives within the ServiceNow ecosystem

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• 10+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery
• Experience in enterprise solution architecture and governance
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations, workflows, scripting, and security architecture
• Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, and governance teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules including:
• ITSM
• HRSD
• CSM
• IRM/GRC
• Workplace Services
• FSO
• Knowledge of AI Search, Now Assist, and advanced automation capabilities
• Exposure to ESG initiatives and compliance programs
