Description

You will lead end-to-end solution architecture, governance, and hands-on configuration for the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade integrations, workflows, and scripting while ensuring security and compliance adherence.
• Lead solution architecture for Legal Service Delivery, Workplace ESG, and GRC/IRM initiatives.
• Perform hands-on configuration, integration reviews, and technical guidance across ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders for solution approvals and sign-offs.
• Drive enterprise architecture best practices aligned with the latest ServiceNow releases.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform expertise.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery.
• Experience in enterprise solution architecture and governance.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations, workflows, scripting, and security architecture.
• Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, and governance teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC, Workplace Services, and FSO.
• Knowledge of AI Search, Now Assist, and advanced automation capabilities.
• Exposure to ESG initiatives and compliance programs.
