Define and validate ServiceNow platform architectures, integration strategies, and data models for enterprise-scale implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into coherent technical designs that align with enterprise objectives.
• Define integration patterns, data architecture, and deployment approaches supporting long-term platform health.
• Conduct solution design reviews, validate designs against platform standards, and mitigate technical risks before implementation.
• Advise implementation teams on configuration, security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Communicate technical rationale and trade-offs to executive stakeholders and business teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Strong background in integration and data architecture for enterprise platforms.
• Experience with security, compliance, and governance frameworks in large-scale deployments.
• Togaf and ITIL Foundation certifications.
• Proven ability to lead technical design reviews and manage executive stakeholder alignment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience establishing governance practices for solution maintenance and evolution.
