You will design architectural blueprints to translate complex business and technical requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into detailed architectural blueprints and functional design documents.
• Establish and manage technical governance across the ServiceNow platform.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and test interpretations of client needs.
• Design ServiceNow capabilities by applying industry-leading practices and standards.
• Manage key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architectural roles.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform design and capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
• Proven ability to produce detailed functional design documentation.
• Strong technical governance and leadership skills.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations through technical validation.
• Ability to contribute to business development and growth opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
