Description

You will design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and CSM.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Customize platform features using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Manage and query underlying database concepts using SQL.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working specifically with ServiceNow.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Architect role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for platform customization.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM and CSM.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
