Define and govern the enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture, leading large-scale transformations across multiple product lines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap, establishing platform governance, standards, and reusable patterns.
• Drive platform consolidation, modernization, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
• Architect end-to-end solutions spanning ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, and AI/Now Assist.
• Design scalable, secure solutions for global enterprise environments.
• Serve as the final authority on ServiceNow architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years overall IT experience with 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is mandatory.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, etc.).
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SecOps and IRM/GRC.
• Expertise in AI/Now Assist integration.
