Description

You will design and govern complex enterprise ServiceNow solutions, leading architecture standards and cross-functional delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architecture governance, guidelines, and standards for ServiceNow environments.
• Lead teams of architects, technology owners, and subject matter experts in solution delivery.
• Apply application design patterns and best practices across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, and SPM modules.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive technical decisions and implementation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, and App Engine.
• Strong knowledge of architecture governance concepts and application design patterns.
• Experience integrating with MuleSoft, Azure, and Microsoft M365.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven change management skills and ability to work in a global capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF certification.
• ServiceNow Technical or Master Architect certification.
