Description

You will lead the design of technology and data structures to support the ITSM practice and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design the ServiceNow platform and CSDM data models to ensure alignment with strategic business needs.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts, including current state, target state, and transitional roadmaps.
• Oversee design choices from process and technical teams to maintain consistency with technical principles and business strategy.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to review implementations and drive continuous improvement toward the target state.
• Architect data integration with key infrastructure and data feeds, including data architecture for analytics and reporting.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience scoping and designing complex ServiceNow projects.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes, capabilities, and outcomes.
• Strong expertise in CSDM, CMDB, and data taxonomies such as TBM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least one product suite.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate technical architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pragmatic approach to selecting solutions based on technology capabilities and requirements.
