Description

You will design the ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and integration strategies to support ITSM practice and business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design ServiceNow platform and CSDM data models aligned with strategic business needs.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts, including current state, target state, and transitional roadmaps.
• Oversee design choices from process and technical teams to ensure consistency with technical principles.
• Collaborate with the development team to review implementations and drive continuous improvement.
• Architect data integration with key infrastructure and data feeds for analytics and reporting.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience scoping and designing complex ServiceNow projects.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes, capabilities, and outcomes.
• Strong expertise in CSDM, CMDB, and data taxonomies such as TBM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least one product suite.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).
