Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure ServiceNow solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Translate business processes into technical solutions by collaborating with partners to gather requirements.
• Lead the development of custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams regarding architectural standards and coding guidelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow or Enterprise architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing complex ServiceNow solutions and custom applications.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, specifically ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Web Services.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes.
• At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications.
• Bachelor's degree.
