You will design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions as a technical lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.
• Customize and extend the platform using advanced scripting and configuration.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using standard web services.
• Apply ITIL best practices and ITSM principles to all technical designs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly scripting.
• Experience with integration technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• CIS certifications for specific ServiceNow product lines.
