Own the ServiceNow platform vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction and design governance frameworks for instance strategy, integrations, and data architecture.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle of ServiceNow programs, from planning through post-deployment optimization.
• Chair platform governance forums and drive consistent decision-making across internal teams and delivery partners.
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities and lead proof-of-concept initiatives to expand platform value.
• Identify and mitigate platform risks related to scalability, performance, and technical debt.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
• Deep subject-matter expertise across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SPM/PPM.
• Experience with custom application development using App Engine.
• Expertise in platform strategy, integration patterns, and complex delivery governance.
• Ability to engage at the executive level and influence platform direction.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI, automation, or Agentic AI capabilities (e.g., Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Moveworks).
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or additional architecture/governance framework certifications.
