Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of service management offerings for large global clients using native products and custom ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify cohesive frameworks for applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes across global instances.
• Execute hands-on development using Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Inbound Email.
• Build and manage REST and SOAP integrations, including scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Define coding standards, lead platform upgrades, perform health scans, and chair technical governance boards.
• Develop end-to-end solutions, support custom application migrations, and configure Virtual Agent and ServiceNow Mobile apps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• Active CTA or CMA certification.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, and Client Scripts.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP based integrations.
• Practical knowledge of Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with at least three modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or ITBM.
• Advanced understanding of CSDM and CMDB.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Custom Apps, App Engine, and Performance Analytics (PA).
• Ability to design Service Portals and custom applications.

Preferred Skills

• CIS certifications in ITSM, Risk and Compliance, HR, CSM, Security Incident Response, or Vulnerability Response.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
