Description

You will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Health & Safety solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for incident reporting, risk assessments, and compliance management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical designs using platform capabilities.
• Build solutions that support health and safety principles, regulations, and risk reduction.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external HR, ERP, and EHS platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Safe Workplace, HRSD, ITSM, GRC, and custom app development.
• Hands-on experience with Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Proven experience with Health & Safety, EHS, Risk Management, or Compliance-related solutions.
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations including OSHA, ISO 45001, and GDPR.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OSHA or ISO 45001 compliance frameworks.
