Description

You will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Develop custom ServiceNow widgets and UI components using AngularJS.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and custom integrations.
• Design and implement automated test scripts to ensure platform stability and quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript for data manipulation.
• Experience with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for portal customization.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and practices.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to use Jira or Azure DevOps for project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, or GRC modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting.
