Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and integration of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow solution design and complex integrations across multiple instances.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to architect scalable, long-term platform roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and drive innovation within project lifecycles.
• Champion best practices for platform stability and data integrity.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience as an Architect or Consultant.
• Extensive implementation experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, including CMDB.
• Strong expertise in integrating third-party technologies with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Proven track record in technical consultation and roadmap planning.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience managing multiple ServiceNow instances simultaneously.
