Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions for Telecommunications Service Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design ITOM and ITSM architecture, defining data models, integrations, workflows, and UI experiences.
• Lead technical implementations for Discovery, Service Mapping, Visibility, Incident, Problem, Change, and CSM modules.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems like OSS/BSS, CRM, NM, and cloud platforms.
• Mentor development teams and create reusable design templates while supporting pre-sales activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow TSM, TSOM, and TNI modules.
• Proven experience with multiple end-to-end implementations of the TSOM module.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB design, architecture, and extensions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, WMI, SSH, Python, XPath, and SNMP.
• Experience with Discovery Schedules, patterns, probes, sensors, and event rules.
• Strong background in implementing ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified candidates.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credentials.
