Description

Design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, and workflows for a global ServiceNow landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Integrate and modernize systems using REST, SOAP, Scripted REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Create best practice frameworks to support custom application development, enhancements, and migrations.
• Design Service Portals and support Virtual Agent and Mobile application development.
• Develop methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of designed solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• Expertise in ITSM and at least one additional area: SPM, HRSD, GRC, or CSM.
• Expert level proficiency in Performance Analytics.
• 3+ years of JavaScript experience.
• Hands-on experience with HTML coding and scripting.
• Knowledge of Integration Hub and exposure to App Engine Studio/custom apps.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP API, and LDAP/Active Directory.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment).
• Must hold CSA and CIS-ITSM or CAD certifications.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Solution Architect certification (CTA or CMA).
• Additional certifications: CIS-IRM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM, CIS-SIR/VR, CAD, or CIS-ITOM.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
