Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Architect and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Lead development teams through the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and minimal customization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications and architectural diagrams.
• Mentor team members and conduct training sessions on advanced ServiceNow functionalities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-level integrations and workflow automation.
• Experience creating technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and configuration details.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues within cross-functional environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
