Description

You will lead the technical audit and resolution of Software Asset Management (SAM) and ITAM configurations within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Resolve errors identified in ITAM Health Checks, specifically regarding software model reconciliation, normalization, and discovery.
• Audit licensing metrics and rules to ensure accuracy in compliance calculations for per-core, named user, and CAL models.
• Validate Software Asset Management Workspace, dashboards, and SaaS integrations to ensure configuration accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance on model normalization, discovery methods, and product mapping.
• Advise on integrating custom licensing metrics into the ServiceNow product library.

Required Skills

• Architect-level experience with ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise in ITAM Health Check resolution.
• Proficiency in Software Model Reconciliation and Normalization.
• Experience managing Discovery, Entitlement, and Licensing Metrics.
• Hands-on knowledge of Software Asset Management Workspace and Dashboards.
• Technical experience with SaaS integrations and compliance reporting.
• Ability to manage custom and out-of-the-box models and counting strategies.
• 3 years of professional experience.
