Description

You will architect, build, and govern the ServiceNow platform, leading end-to-end implementations and mentoring the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, ensuring platform stability and governance.
• Configure and tailor out-of-the-box modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and build custom applications, portals, and forms.
• Design and govern the CMDB using CSDM principles, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Develop complex integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and Service Graph Connectors with tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and cloud platforms.
• Manage platform upgrades, write UI policies, client scripts, and business rules while enforcing coding standards and ACLs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years specifically in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt).
• Strong development skills with knowledge of ACLs, Role-based Access, and data privacy compliance.
• Experience with Cloud Discovery on AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Understanding of AIOPS and Virtual Assistant (GenAI).
• Must hold a CSA certification (minimum).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GRC/IRM and HRSD modules.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging business stakeholders.
