Description

You will define and drive the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture against the long-term roadmap.
• Design scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Lead CMDB architecture, including data models, CI class structures, and relationship frameworks.
• Architect and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side/client-side scripting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
• Presales or customer-facing solutioning experience.
