You will act as the expert for the ServiceNow platform, driving platform practices and innovation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design functional and technical solution architecture for ServiceNow SecOps and GRC products.
• Gather detailed requirements through workshops and integrate necessary applications.
• Configure Security Incident Response applications and integrate them with SIEM tools.
• Configure Vulnerability Response applications and integrate them with vulnerability scanner tools.
• Provide design guidance and collaborate with the development team on process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall experience, with 3-4 years focused on ServiceNow IRM and SecOps implementation.
• Extensive experience building ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Deep functional knowledge across ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, GRC, and SecOps capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of ServiceNow Security Incident Response or GRC processes.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, AngularJS, and Jelly.
• Ability to analyze client environments and discuss optimal technical approaches with stakeholders.
• Working experience within an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for process automation.
