Description

Design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes for a global ServiceNow landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions to meet specific customer requirements and support custom application development.
• Lead technical governance boards, solution reviews, and the definition of coding standards.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades and perform system health scans.
• Develop and configure Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and ServiceNow Mobile applications.
• Own the design and modification of integrations, workflows, and data structures across numerous instances.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Expertise in REST and SOAP integrations, including scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Proficiency with Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Advanced knowledge of CSDM and CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Performance Analytics (PA), and custom application development.
• Practical experience in at least three modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or ITBM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale application migrations.
