Description

You will design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architecture documents and maintain platform standards to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HR.
• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and conduct capability workshops.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience and security compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and ITOM.
• Experience managing integrations via APIs and integration hubs.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Ability to design solutions for complex environments.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience working with federal agencies or government clients.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for federal information systems.
