Description

You will design, build, and configure enterprise ServiceNow applications, acting as the primary technical lead for platform architecture and data migration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow applications, creating System, High Level, and Low Level Design documents alongside user stories.
• Analyze data and migrate sites and applications to the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
• Perform Functional Specification Document (FSD) reviews and impact assessments.
• Interface with domain and enterprise architects to capture requirements and manage governance for platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Direct experience with OMT.
• Strong proficiency with TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, and Integration Hub.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and workflows.
• Ability to provide technical solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing governance and change control for platform enhancements.
• Any Graduate education.

• 3-year tenure stability in previous roles.
