Description

You will own the design, implementation, and architecture of ServiceNow solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and HR modules.
• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, MID servers, and Integration Hub.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and team mentoring.
• Apply ITIL processes to ensure service delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions in complex environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations via APIs and MID servers.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience working with federal agencies or government clients.
