Description

You will design and implement scalable ServiceNow Health & Safety solutions, ensuring secure architecture and high-performance workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure ServiceNow architecture, custom workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
• Develop enterprise integrations with HR, ERP, Asset Management, and IoT systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and usability while aligning with IT standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical mentorship to developers and administrators.
• Configure solutions for incident management, workplace safety, compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years in an Architect role.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, GRC, or HRSD modules.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proficiency in API integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Proven track record of deploying enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting and audit management.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with ServiceNow Health & Safety (HSE) applications.
• Familiarity with railroad industry safety regulations (FRA, OSHA, ISO 45001) and asset management tools.
