Description

You will serve as the technical authority for field services modernization using the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, deploy, and document solutions that meet specific client requirements.
• Own the design, prototyping, and successful deployment of the full solution.
• Lead technical presentations covering implementation approaches, requirements, impacts, and benefits.
• Maintain solution integrity during integrations between ServiceNow and other client tools.
• Collaborate with architect peers to resolve design issues and optimize architectural quality.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a technical architect.
• 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow Service Management Suite.
• Understanding of field services operations.
• Experience with architectural design and optimization for IT Service Management.
• Ability to perform hands-on development and prototyping as needed.
