Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, ensuring robust asset lifecycle management and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Architect ServiceNow EAM modules and CMDB structures to support complex asset tracking.
• Design and build integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server for seamless data flow.
• Model data relationships and map dependencies between CMDB and service components.
• Configure and customize ITSM and EAM workflows to align with business processes.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of IT experience with deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow architecture.
• Proven track record implementing ServiceNow EAM and Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB configuration.
• Expertise in designing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing MID Servers.
• Deep understanding of data modeling principles and CMDB dependencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (any graduate accepted).

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification in EAM or ITSM.
• Experience with large-scale CMDB implementations.
