Description

You will define and own the ServiceNow architecture strategy and roadmap across multiple modules and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant technical solutions.
• Lead architectural reviews, solution design, and technical governance across ServiceNow programs.
• Establish and enforce platform design standards, coding practices, and integration frameworks.
• Provide architectural oversight for integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, etc.).
• Mentor development teams and conduct knowledge sharing to uplift technical capability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IT, with 6+ years in ServiceNow and 4+ years in a technical architect role.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Expertise in core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, HRSD, MCO, FSO.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal customization.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience providing technical leadership in client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Experience with DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines and ATF.

Preferred Skills

• Any Architect level certification with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
