Description

You will design and oversee the ServiceNow architecture framework to align technology infrastructure with business strategy.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the architecture framework to guide IT system development and deployment.
• Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure IT projects adhere to architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders and Product Owners to develop long-term IT strategies and communicate solution intent.
• Review and document IT and business requirements, risks, and customer solution forecasts.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee IT change management, and remove obstacles for project teams.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Ability to align technology infrastructure with business goals and strategy.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and communicating with Product Management.
• Proficiency in documenting IT requirements and assessing technical risks.
• Understanding of support team processes, SLOs, and service request requirements.
• Experience participating in PI Planning and managing feature/story commitments.
