Description

You will design and maintain the architecture framework that guides the development and deployment of IT systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an architecture framework to ensure seamless integration of all IT components.
• Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure projects adhere to architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align technology infrastructure with long-term business strategy.
• Review and document IT and business requirements, risks, and solution intents to support rollouts.
• Oversee IT change management processes and manage feature commitment during PI Planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture or related roles.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow.
• Proven experience building and managing Architecture Frameworks.
• Experience assessing new technologies for organizational suitability.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate with Product Owners.
• Experience removing technical obstacles and supporting project teams.
• Understanding of support team processes, SLOs, and service delivery.
