Description

You will own end-to-end solution design for ServiceNow implementations, focusing on Hardware Asset Management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions for HAM stories, including cloning flows, variables, and approval configurations.
• Create technical documentation for developers covering Flow Designer, business rules, and scripts.
• Validate user stories with customers and lead sprint demos to stakeholders.
• Perform technical testing of developed features and support functional testing alongside BPCs.
• Provide hands-on development for complex solutions when required to meet project timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HAM or HAM Pro, including asset lifecycle, model categories, and table structures.
• Deep knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and platform tables.
• Proven experience in technical architecture and solution design.
• Experience working within agile and sprint-based environments.
• Ability to mentor technical consultants and provide architectural guidance.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration.
