Description

You will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow platform architecture and technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow platform architecture using industry best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver platform value.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar technical role.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and design.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Asset Management.
• Expertise in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience with API integrations and web services.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
