Description

You will design and lead complex ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and define best practices based on customer requirements.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs across ITSM, ITOM, FSM, and CMDB.
• Provide technical direction for development, design, and systems integration.
• Review development team work and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor team members and oversee their career development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Architect or consultant.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation, security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
• Expertise in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations.
• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience with Greenfield, Replatform, Consolidation, and Migration projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with hands-on application.
• Deep platform knowledge in Workflow Configuration and Application UI Configuration.
• Certification in ServiceNow Systems Administrator, Implementation Specialist (ITSM/HAM/SAM/Discovery), and ITIL V3 Foundation.
