Description

You will own the overall architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical authority for ServiceNow platform implementation, customization, and optimization.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
• Architect and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements to minimize business disruption.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across development activities.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Lead Developer or Architect in large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in core ServiceNow modules: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), CMDB.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, security, and ACLs.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and MID Server.
• Experience designing and implementing complex workflows and Flow Designer solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow upgrade strategy and platform lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
• Knowledge of SecOps integration patterns.
