Description

You will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions with a focus on GenAI capabilities and CMDB health.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions centered on GenAI, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Lead architectural discussions and provide strategic implementation recommendations.
• Maintain CMDB health and integrity through data quality and reconciliation best practices.
• Develop ITSM and ITOM processes to align with business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar architectural role.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Proven experience with GenAI integration within the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB health, discovery, and service mapping.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, business rules, and automation.
• Experience managing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and cloud infrastructure automation.
