Key Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Governance: Define platform roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and enforce governance frameworks to reduce technical debt and ensure long-term scalability.
Solution Architecture & Design: Design complex, multi-workflow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine).
Integration & AI Leadership: Design robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and leverage ServiceNow AI features for process automation and decision-making.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology solutions with overarching business objectives.
Team Mentorship: Act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues; mentor, coach, and conduct technical reviews for development teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.
Framework Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, CMDB design, and Service Mapping.
Enterprise Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale global deployments, multi-instance strategies, and complex platform upgrades.
Certifications (Preferred):
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certified System Administrator (CSA) Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications Certified Application Developer (CAD)
