Description

You will define platform strategy, govern architectural standards, and design complex solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define platform roadmaps and enforce governance frameworks to reduce technical debt.
• Design multi-workflow solutions and robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Leverage ServiceNow AI features for process automation and decision-making.
• Mentor development teams and act as the highest escalation point for technical issues.
• Align technology solutions with business objectives through stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in large-scale ServiceNow deployments.
• Deep proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, CMDB design, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with multi-instance strategies and complex platform upgrades.
• Proficiency with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP API integrations.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
