Lead the technical direction and integration of the ServiceNow platform within the broader enterprise ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design ServiceNow product integration architecture to ensure seamless connectivity with the wider ecosystem.
• Act as the platform custodian for all new implementation initiatives, ensuring standards and best practices.
• Lead a team of ServiceNow professionals, guiding them through feature implementation and technical execution.
• Research and develop deep expertise in new ServiceNow modules and features to drive platform evolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or IT architecture.
• Deep, proven expertise in the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex, platform-wide implementations.
• Strong ability to architect complex product integrations and define technical strategy.
