You will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
• Present technical solutions and architectural roadmaps to executive leadership teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across various ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience with a strong development background in ServiceNow.
• Minimum of 8 years of dedicated ServiceNow Architecture experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Hands-on experience with Change Management and Incident Management modules.
• Technical expertise in ITOM, IRM, and Discovery.
• Experience managing Asset Management, Security Vulnerabilities, and Release Management.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
