Description

You will define and implement ServiceNow architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives while designing end-to-end solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Establish governance, development standards, and ensure code quality through design reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive automation, platform innovation, and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and platform management.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, specifically ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Advanced scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in defining governance standards and ensuring platform scalability.
