Description

Design and govern end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps modules. Own system architecture, integration patterns, data modeling, and platform health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce development standards, governance processes, and code quality across ServiceNow implementations.
• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant system architectures.
• Maintain platform health through performance optimization, regular upgrades, and adherence to security best practices.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, managing stakeholder expectations and resolving complex architectural challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB administration and design.
• Working knowledge of HRSD, CSM, SecOps, ESG, FSO, and IRM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, specifically REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of desktop management and infrastructure services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive technical decisions in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ESG and IRM implementations.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading technical workshops.
